Peyton Montgomery

Peyton Montgomery is an expert real estate advisor with Bellator Real Estate’s Mobile office, bringing a strong foundation of hands-on real estate experience, education, and a genuine passion for helping others find a place to call home.

Peyton’s path into real estate began working alongside her mother, Missy Hayes, who has over 14 years of real estate experience, giving Peyton a professional edge in day-to-day business, contract negotiations and marketing property.

Before entering real estate, Peyton spent two years as an educator in Jacksonville, Florida, teaching kindergarten and Pre-K 4. Her background in early childhood education developed her communication, organization, patience, and relationship-building skills - qualities she now brings to working with clients. After returning to her hometown of Mobile, Peyton spent two years as a Clerical Trainer in the medical field, further strengthening her attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to guide and support others.

A graduate of Auburn University, Peyton earned a B.S. in Early Childhood Education in 2021. She is also a licensed Early Childhood Educator in Alabama and Florida and holds an OSHA-30 Card in General Industry.

Outside of real estate, Peyton enjoys spending time with her husband, Colin, and their two cats, Juice and Champagne. She is an accomplished flautist and a member of the Mobile Pops Symphonic Band, and she also plays at her church. She especially enjoys time with family, whether it’s Sunday lunch, an afternoon by the pool, or simply getting outside for a walk.
